Beauty Therapy Training

The Ella Baché College of Skin and Beauty Therapy was founded on the philosophy, “Know your product, but first know your skin”.

Firstly you will be taught extensively about the skin, the various types and conditions leading to the importance of Skin Diagnosis and the right Solution (treatments and products) to address individual skin concerns. You will perform treatments on classmates as well as being able to invite family & friends to practice on during training sessions!

You will be under the close instruction and supervision of our highly experienced educators, and assessments are carried out throughout your practice.

At the Ella Baché College students will be involved in both theoretical and practical learning experiences. As well as theory classes and activities, students gain practical skills in our well-equipped training rooms using commercial equipment and Ella Baché products.

The College provides students with the opportunity to practise on real clients through the Ella Baché Student salon. Through our student salon, students can experience providing the full range of treatment options and services found in a commercial salon. They meet clients and provide integrated, holistic experiences including determining client needs, developing a treatment plam and providing a range of treatments such as waxing, facials hand and foot care and massage.

Prior to practising on clients, students are expected to practise on each other. It is an essential part of the learning experience at the College that students perform practical treatments on each other. This enables them to experience what is the 'philosophy' of beauty therapy, to feel and undrstand what is being experienced by clients and to engage in the intimate communication experience between therapist and client.
